Vice President of Recruitment and Retention

Ms. Twylah Evans started working for the Army Child Youth School Services as a Family Child Care Director and Training and Curriculum Specialist at the Presidio of Monterey, California from 2010-2013. Ms. Evans transferred to Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia CYSS, in 2013, where she is currently a Training and Curriculum Specialist. In 2013 she joined NAIL Local 11. She has served as the Vice President of the NAF section of NAIL Local 11 from 2014-present.

Ms. Evans holds a Master of Education with a Specialization in Education and Public Policy. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Science with an Education Concentration and a Minor in Political Science. She plans to further her education in the next couple of years.

Ms. Evans was previously know as the 1st Vice President of NAIL National in 2018. She was elected to the position of Vice President of Recruitment and Retainment in October 2022. She looks forward to serving alongside the other Executive Board Members, the National Representative, and working with the Local Presidents of the NAIL Organization as a whole.
