Ms. O’Reilly graduated from Old Dominion University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology, magma cum laude, and a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies, magma cum laude.  In May, 2003, she received her Juris Doctor from the T.C. Williams School of Law, University of Richmond, magna cum laude.  She was John Marshall Scholar and a member of the McNeill Law Society.  Ms. O’Reilly worked as an Associate on the Richmond Journal of Law and Public Interest.

Ms. O’Reilly will concentrate her practice in the field of federal employment and labor law with a practice before the Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and administrative proceedings.
