Claudia is a former Active-Duty Judge Advocate (JAG) and most recently served as Senior Civilian Legal Advisor, Chief of Administrative Law, and Deputy Chief Counsel for the Army’s Center for Initial Military Training, a 2-Star command. In that capacity she was an integral member of the Army’s labor relations team, advising managers, supervisors and human resource professions on labor/management and
employee relations matters.

Since leaving Federal service Claudia founded Employee Benefits Legal Solutions LLC to educate the community that having legal access for matters ranging from the trivial to the traumatic was not only possible, but affordable. Claudia served as a consultant to CEO’s, COO’s, Human Resource executives, and Federal Employee Unions, leveraging Legal Access and Identity Theft Protection as voluntary benefits for employees to help minimize the disruption that personal legal matters caused for employees and employers.

Claudia is a member of the New York State Bar, the National Bar Association, the Supreme Court Bar, and the National Small Business Association’s Leadership Council.
